There are a plethora of sites that devote themselves to certain niches, this particular website is one that is stating that they'll have just about everything catered to those who are interested in virtually all facets of photography. Not only will they have things like methodology and theory revolving around the industry, but they'll also have things such as tutorials and reviews for some of the best possible cameras of all price ranges.
One of the developers, an established photographer, has this to say about the project: "I love what we're doing here. What I like about the plan is that we're essentially creating a portal to the world of photography. It's a lot of work, but we're really trying to create the de facto photography resource. Like, you won't have to go anywhere else regarding photography. You can just use us for news, awesome photos, and everything else you'd want. We also want to make it community-driven, so every interested person could potentially have some input, too. It's gonna be really cool."
The site is currently being developed and the goal is for it to be released sometime in the coming months. Interested parties have already started investing in the website, as prototypes of its design have already been described as "hip, slick, and something we haven't seen in a while," according to industry professionals.
