(EMAILWIRE.COM, February 07, 2013 ) Las Vegas, NV -- A new photography website is promising to dispel with a lot of the wrong kind of information online. Of course, they can't stop sites from spreading information that's not exactly accurate, they are doing what they call "damage control" and righting what they consider some of the wrongs, especially those for people who aren't particularly advanced in their photography work. Their aim is to teach new shutterbugs the right way, instead of getting them down the wrong path, which most would consider to be detrimental in the long run.
One of the sites creators state, "A photographer who wasn't taught the basics in the correct way will never be a good photographer. Having to relearn some things also isn't a good way to progress. With our help, a new photographer will be taught the mechanics correctly, which will ultimately help their pictures and possibly even save them some embarrassment down the line. We teach in a fun, easy way, so we hope that people won't get bored with our approach."
The site is set to launch in the coming months, with guest tutorials from those who have become renowned in the industry. What's more is that the site will be free, so the user won't have to pay fro expensive photography classes. While the creator says that it could potentially help, their aim is to eliminate the need for people to enroll in classes - just use their site to get all pertinent information regarding basic photography.
