NMS Properties is holding a Facebook photo contest for creative exterior shots of luxury Santa Monica residences NMS@1420 and NMS@1430.
Located at 1420 Fifth Street and 1430 Fifth Street, respectively, both buildings show off a modern exterior with multiple architectural features to document. From the private balconies to the expansive windows, thereÂ’s no shortage of exterior shots of the apartments for lease for contest entrants to choose from.
Entries can be made by going to http://www.Facebook.com/NMSProperties . Once contest entrants send in their pictures of the Santa Monica apartments, NMS Properties staff will post them on their the Facebook Photo Contest page. The entrant whose photo gets the most “likes” will win a $500 cash prize.
The contest ends March 31, 2013.
