(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 18, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO, California -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for todayÂ’s technology services organizations, announced the finalists for its 2013 Service Revolutions competition, set to take place on May 8 at Technology Services World (TSW) 2013 Best Practices in Santa Clara, California.
This will be TSIA’s fourth annual Service Revolutions competition, featuring a series of on-stage demonstrations revealing the latest innovations in technology services—from cutting-edge services new to the market, to start-ups with innovative service models, to the newest advances in service technology, to the latest breakthroughs from the emerging world of service science.
Finalist will be competing to win TSIA’s coveted Vision Award, with winners being determined by a live audience of industry practitioners along with a panel of expert judges. The theme of the competition is, “True vision is having the intelligent foresight to define a better, more productive future.”
Eight industry-leading organizations placed as finalists in the categories of Commercial, Start-up, and Service Practitioner, as follows:
• Commercial: Coveo, Get Satisfaction, and ServiceSource
• Start-up: DancingE, SolvOnce, and ThruView
• Service Practitioner: Avaya and SAP
One winner in each category will be named, with the winner of the Start-up category receiving a cash prize of $10,000.
