(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 01, 2013 ) New York, NY -- According to the latest survey taken by ReviewPro, “modernity” and “location” are two of the features most valued and sought out by guests looking for hotels in the London area, while “noise” is of the highest concern.
The findings have come from a ranking of the top 10 hotels in the capital, and the numbers were gathered by surveying over 100 traveler websites within the last 12 months.
Hotel 41, which is part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection, is the hotel of the highest value online according to 599 establishment analyzed. London's hotels did receive over 327,000 user reviews during the year, and the average of 640 online reviews per hotel.
Hotel 41 took the lead in the ranking with a guest satisfaction rating of 96.3%, while it stood out for its overall quality service cleanliness, and central location, according to reports. The five-star Haymarket Hotel followed closely in second place with a rating of 96.1% overall.
Corinthia London was in third, followed by Egerton House, Milestone Hotel, 51 Buckingham Gate, Four Seasons Park Lane, Staybridge Suites Stratford City and the Soho Hotel.
Egerton House received a 99.4 while Hotel 41 gained a 98.4% when it came to top service. Both finished ahead of Service Index Average that is seen at 78.2%.
When it came to best value, Grosvenor House Apartments by Jumeirah received a 95.6%, while Arosfa Hotel came in second at 93.7%. Staybridge Suites London Stratford City finished at third with 93.7% overall.
