According to Amani, little effort is needed to connect SQL-RD to reports in SQL Azure. Forms Authentication will need to be enabled for any SQL reports that will scheduled by SQL-RD.

A SQL Azure compatible build of SQL-RD was released on June 13th 2013 and is available for immediate download.
